Returns & Exchanges

Every item we ship is made to order; therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. An exception applies if the item is defective or has been damaged during transit. If this happens, please contact us (with photos as proof) immediately after receiving delivery. Keep in mind that the item cannot be used; otherwise, the order will not qualify for a refund.

Damaged Items

We inspect and pack our items with the utmost care to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition, and we want to guarantee satisfaction for our clients. If at any time you have received a damaged or different product, or if the order is incomplete, please notify ThinkNoirWallpaper within seven business days upon receipt of order via contact us page.

When you message us, please include detail descriptions of the damage and photos of the damaged items and your order number. Keep in mind that the item cannot be used; otherwise, the order will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

We can either send you a new product or discount or refund. This will be decided upon in an investigation of each case. If this case qualifies for exchange or refund, the product will have to be sent back to ThinkNoirWallpaper in its original packaging (or additional, if needed) and unused.

Please be informed that all sales (custom order and the sample included) are FINAL and non-refundable.

Disclaimer

We always do our best to keep our site and webshop updated; however, errors can still occur. If you have been charged with the incorrect amount, we will give you the option to either place a new order or cancel it. If we are not able to get in touch with you, we will decide to cancel your order automatically.

Colors may appear differently on the website than the actual colors. This depends on the color settings of your computer and monitor.

In the case of Force Majeure, ThinkNoirWallpaper obligations are procrastinated. A Force Majeure is an instance where there is war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters, and similar events. Under these events, ThinkNoirWallpaper will do everything possible to solve the matter for our customers as soon as we can.
